One of the best things about the materials used is that they are very easy to care for and have antibacterial properties. Simply wash silicone jewellery in warm, soapy water or on the top rack of the dishwasher.

 

Can I alter the length of my necklace? 

Yes - it is simple to shorten the length of the necklace. Pull apart the clasp, undo the knot and re-tie it to the length you would prefer, trimming off the excess cord. If you want a temporary change in length, you can knot the cord behind your neck

WARNING - do not leave children unattended with the jewellery as they contain small parts and have a risk of choking or strangulation.

This jewellery should only be worn by adults.Children should never wear necklaces and should only play with them when worn by an adult. Our products are not toys and should not be treated as such. 

For most of the designs plastic breakaway clasps are used that will come apart when pulled (quite hard). The cord and clasp should not be sucked or chewed.

Please inspect before each use and dispose of immediately if damaged. The nylon satin cord that we use is very strong and should not break with proper use. However, this is not a guarantee - please watch for signs of wear and damage.

The jewellery has been safety tested in a labto ensure compliance with General Product Safety guidelines, which includes testing against the relevant sections of EN71 parts 1, 2 and 3 and also regularly strength tested.

The beads in our necklaces are made from high quality food grade silicone.  Our certified food grade silicone is free from all nasties including BPA, PVC, phthalate, latex, cadmium, lead and heavy metals.

Our Returns policy

For all returns and exchanges the item needs to be unused, due to hygiene reasons.

 We can’t process your refund or exchange until we receive your item back. Once the item is received we will either post out your exchange or process your refund.

 

If you change your mind about your purchase:

Notify us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you – you can return the item to us at your cost within a further 14 days of notifying us for a full refund including the P&P

or

return the item at your cost for an alternative item which we will pay P&P for.

 

If you notify us after 14 days of the item being delivered to you – you can return the item at your cost for a full refund excluding P&P.

Faulty Products

In the event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us. We will refund or exchange your product on receipt of the returned item. We will pay for the return postage. A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly.

Where should I send my returns and exchanges?

Our address is on our contact us page. Please remember to include a cover note so we know who the return is from.

Please allow up to 14 days for this process in busy periods.

Received your item as a gift?

You can return items given to you as a gift. We would need the details of the original purchaser, as would need to refund them. The refund will not include the original P&P or the return P&P. You can also have an exhange.

We ship through Royal Mail 2nd class parcel. 

We aim to dispatch as follows....

Order before 2pm Monday - Friday and we hope to get your order dispatched to you the same day.

After 2pm Monday - Thursday and it will be dispatched the following day.

If ordered after 2pm Friday, your order will be dispatched Monday am.

They will fit through your letterbox with other mail.
